North Hertfordshire Homes (NHH) is the largest registered social landlord in Hertfordshire. It provides more than 9,000 homes, which include 800 units of sheltered accommodation. Since formation in 2003, they´ve completed £131 million worth of stock improvement in line with the government´s Decent Homes programme.
We guided NHH through an initial period of consultation, as preparation for the requested rebranding. We started by looking at the company´s stakeholders and how they associate themselves with NHH. Once we´d established exactly what lies at the heart of the business, we helped them to develop a strong brand; one which encapsulated their ethos, the way in which they want to be perceived, and which would carry them far into the future.
