Goldratt UK is based in Bedford and specialises in operations management. In 1989, Dr Goldratt created a solution for failing businesses called the theory of constraints (TOC). The TOC approach focuses on the scheduling and execution of management. It adopts the common idiom "a chain is no stronger than its weakest link" and seeks to identify any system´s failings. Once identified, the process is carefully restructured around its limitations.
We were contacted by Goldratt UK and asked to help devise a platform for increased sales across their six main areas. The work produced was consistent throughout and well received by staff and clients.
