Watford Community Housing Trust (WCHT) is a registered not-for-profit social landlord. Founded on the principles of the community gateway model, tenants and leaseholders become a member of the Trust, making them legal shareholders and allowing them to vote on how their housing services are administered.
Initially we won a three-year design-for-print contract, but this quickly progressed into offering digital maintenance for both their website and staff intranet. Our relationship with the Trust goes from strength to strength and we now manage all of their fulfilment and mailing.
